Scope of Position:
Mailing/processing invoices daily, administrative tasks related to the front desk, and processing journal entries.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively identify and resolve problem accounts
Build key relationships with clients and internal staff to more effectively resolve issues on open invoices
Weekly reporting on aged invoices
Assist Management with weekly reporting
Proactively work on personal development by setting goals and regularly attending training classes.
Understanding of Expeditors systems to easily navigate, resolve issues and perform outlined responsibilities
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong data entry and computer skills
This position will sit in Moon Township, PA. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.
