  • Description

    The Administrative Assistant will report to the General Manager (GM). This position will work closely with the GM and 3rd party accounting to ensure service is of the highest quality, including answering phone calls, online reviews, and emails.

    Job Duties

    • Making sure every customer call gets answered and solve to the bet of his/her ability.

    • Helping GM procure parts with calls and POs as required.

    • Helping GM with returns and shipping as required.

    • Helping customers with full and partial refunds and re wash codes. Keeping logs of every call and solution

    • Accurate communication to manager on needs, and expectations.

    • Social media responses through the slam marketing dashboard.

    • Documentation of complaints or damage claims and kicking it to the GM for inspections and pictures

    • Monitoring and helping the GM with camera footage.

    • Reconciliation of credit card receipts and bank statements

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required: Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks

    • 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant

    • High School Diploma or GED
