    Your role at Clorox:

    As an administrative assistant for the Clorox Professional Business Unit, you will play a central role in enabling the day-to-day operations for the team you support and will report directly to a Vice President/General Manager.

    In this role, you will:

    • Provide administrative assistance to group leaders, including making appointments, scheduling meetings, receiving and responding to all meeting requests, setting up and coordinating large team meetings, managing expense reports, supporting travel and fully managing calendars.

    • Maintaining stock of office supplies for team, including printers and copies

    • Manage payment of software subscription renewals.

    • Support employee badge renewals or replacement requests

    • Manage and update team distribution lists

    • Coordinate new hire technology needs, badge requirements and onboarding schedules

    • Monitor artwork request e-mail box

    • Create purchase orders for vendors as needed.

    • Reconciling monthly expense report purchases and assigning them to billable brand projects.

    • Preparing invoices for external clients

    What we look for:

    Experience

    • 3 to 5 years of proven experience working as an Administrative Assistant of Office Manager

    • Detailed knowledge of administrative support

    • Ability to use automated office equipment

    • Ability to follow difficult instructions and maintain written records

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Strong project and operational management skills including budget management, event management, calendaring and understanding business to help the decision-making process.

    Skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • The ability to learn new systems & platforms.

    • High level of initiative, motivation, and enthusiasm.

    • Highly flexible and adaptable with evolving needs and priorities and builds a positive environment.

    Education

    • BSc in any Administrative Degree or equivalent experience.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

    -Zone A: $25.82 - $44.95

    -Zone B: $23.65 - $41.20

    -Zone C: $21.54 - $37.45
