Process purchase orders and verify component availability
Coordinated component availability to meet project release date
Manage and oversee jobs in process to meet agreed ship date
Resolve problems due to miss-handling, shipping damage, or miss-applied components
Process engineering bills of materials as provided by engineering
Enter changes to bills of materials from engineering change forms
Interface with accounting to release shipments for delivery
Direct vendor contact to resolve delivery and pricing concerns
Schedule trucking carriers for systems shipments
Invoicing customers PO
Inventory Control
Administrative support
Data entry
Microsoft office
Clerical support
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
