    A well-established firm located in Fort Lauderdale is currently seeking a seasoned Administrative Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the fields of engineering, architecture, construction, legal, or municipal services. Knowledge of working with municipalities and state agencies will be considered a valuable asset.     Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments

    • Utilize proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Corel WordPerfect, and Adobe Acrobat

    • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

    • Type at least 80 words per minute with a high level of accuracy

    • Communicate effectively and exhibit strong written skills

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative experience

    • Familiarity with municipal or state agency procedures is desirable

    • Proficient in Windows 10, Office 365, Corel WordPerfect, and Adobe Acrobat

    • Typing speed of 80 words per minute

    • Excellent communication and written skills

    • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
