    ABOUT THIS POSITION

    KBR requires an Executive Assistant, located in the Dayton, OH, area to support the Air Force Life Cycle Center, F-35 Directorate. This candidate will support the director of the AFLCMC/WJ Directorate located at Wright-Patterson AFB. The candidate must work well with a widely dispersed team and be assertive in capturing key inputs and data to incorporate into various products on a daily basis. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills (written, verbal and active listening). Proficiency with developing presentations (PowerPoint) and written documents for executive-level review. The candidate must be comfortable working in a very dynamic, fluid environment and enjoy problem solving.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Support to a wide range of efforts to include, but not limited to: planning, preparation for, and execution of special events and meetings attended by Distinguished Visitors and dignitaries, as well as meetings the Director of AFLCMC/WJ chairs or attends

    • Collect, analyze and draft documents/information in order to conserve executive's time

    • Schedule and plan meetings to manage executive's appointment calendar/schedule

    • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.

    • Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.

    • Using Microsoft Office suite of applications/tools to develop and publish products for senior executive review, coordination and approval.

    Travel: As needed

    Local candidates only, relocation package not available.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

    • High School Diploma

    • 8+ years of relevant experience required

    • Self-starter with excellent communication skills is a must.

    • Engaging with customers at both working and senior levels

    The Candidate will have to show practical and demonstrated financial management skills with the team and with the following required skills:

    • Problem solving

    • Critical and Creative Thinking

    • Multi-Tasking

    • Clear and well-organized communication, especially writing

    • Plan development and execution

    • Candidate must possess strong computer skills and must be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong communication, computer, and organization skills

    • Proficient in in MS Office suite of tools, specifically MS Excel

    • Excellent team skills in an agile environment

    • Excellent analytical skills

    • Strong critical thinking mindset
