    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant, primarily responsible for data entry. The HR Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Data Entry: Accurately input employee information into HR databases and systems, including personal details, employment history, benefits, and payroll information.

    • Record Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    • Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR-related documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.

    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations by accurately recording and documenting employee data.

    • Reporting: Generate reports as needed for HR managers and other departments, providing insights into key HR metrics and trends.

    • Communication: Collaborate with HR team members to communicate updates or changes in employee information effectively.

    • Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including scheduling interviews, coordinating employee events, and responding to inquiries from employees.

    • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data protection policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in human resources or related field preferred.

    • Experience: Previous experience in data entry or administrative support role preferred; familiarity with HR processes and terminology a plus.

    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.

    • Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

    • Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

    • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS or similar databases/software.

    • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
