Adecco is Now Hiring for an Administrative Assistant position in the Flower Mound TX.

Must live within 15-20 miles from Flower Mound Tx

Must have recent administrative assistant experience

Preferred logistic supply chain experience

Shift is Tuesday- Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturday 6am-3:30pm

Pay rate starting at $18/hr depending on experience

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

• Must have experience in Microsoft office

• Maintains physical and digital filing systems.

• Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.

• Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.

• Manages calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements.

• Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.

• Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
