AP/AR Clerk

Description

The requirements include at least 1 year of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience, a strong understanding of debits and credits, and previous experience in an automotive dealership setting. Requirements - Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

• Proven knowledge of Daily Bank Deposits

• General familiarity with Posting Payments

• Account reconciliation experience preferred

• Deep understanding of billing

• Experience with Collections

• Accounts Payable (AP) experience

• Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

• Spreadsheet and ERP system experience preferred

• AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred

• 1+ years of accounting experience required
