AP/Payroll Analyst

Description

AP/PR analyst needed to fill a vacancy in the accoutning team! Reporting to the CFO

This PR/AP analyst will process a bi-weekly payroll through UKG of exempt/non-exempt/per diem employees. Skills from start to finish needed! Time card management to reconciling the finished payroll!

secondly, full cycle AP skills: po/non-po, expense reporting, AP reconciliation. (check run, ACH $ wires), 1099

role sits 100% in office!

Systems: UKG, Sage , Excel all preferred

Requirements

• Essential to have experience working with an HRIS system and high proficiency with spreadsheets

• Time Clock experience required

• Previous experience working with Form 1099

• Comprehension of Sage Accounting Software

• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro

• General familiarity with Process Biweekly Payroll

• Earlier work involving Accounts Payable (AP)

• Deep understanding of garnishments payroll

• Well-founded grasp of Process Bi-weekly Payroll

• Good understanding of Check Runs

• Knowledge of payroll systems for 100-500 employees

• Solid understanding of Time Cards

• Skills in account reconciliation

• Payroll Law experience

• Prior experience with Kronos Timekeeping System

• Quality experience with Reconcile Payroll

• Solid understanding of Time and attendance

• Experience with Sage MAS 500

• Payroll Functions experience

• Wide ranging experience with Year-end Payroll

• Solid understanding of Full Cycle Payroll

• Proven knowledge of Payroll Taxes

• Practical knowledge of Process Payroll

  • CPP or FPC preferable

  • Understanding of processing liens, garnishments, and various withholdings

• 5+ years of payroll and AP experience please
