Responsibilities
Assisting the Manager with operational issues
Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
Create excel reports
Answer incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers and clients
Provide customer service and answer client inquiries
Create and review documents such as contracts, invoices, and reports
Manage office filing systems and maintain records
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other duties as required
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
