In a typical day, you will:
Review, maintain, record, and communicate real-time inventory gaps to minimization product stock out issues pertaining to the open order report.
Prepare performance-based reports for non-serviceable items with FSS to ensure we are meeting expected turnaround times.
Review all inventory and assets related reporting to ensure results are in line with procedures and operational objectives, takes appropriate action when required.
Coordinate with Marketing and Inventory purchasing departments to obtain BOM material #'s, assure they are systemically s/u and ROP are provided for accessorization of demo product.
Prepare repair schedule and maintain defined stock levels for various programs like CPO, On-site Loaners, Placed Assets, Pre-Owned, Demo and Animal inventory.
Transact and monitor all systems updates for towers and kitted products
Coordinate all service inspection/repairs either through the NSC-E or FSE inspection/repairs
Achieve inventory reconciliation by researching discrepancies and taking corrective action.
Liaison between various departments with issues related to sales, inventory, accounting and operations.
Manage relationship with SCM personnel to assure all SLAs, inventory receipt is , accessorized, and stocked in timely manner.
Evaluate present workflows to establish efficiency and accuracy, if needed make recommendations.
Monitor monthly inventory adjustments and cycle counting process as required by Inventory Management.
Track, management and investigate block stock inventory and report aging.
Perform transactions as per daily activities.
Monitor group mailbox and provide excellent customer service to all departments to determine efficient communication with customers who seek assistance with Inventory Management.
Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
Establish and maintain a good professional rapport with all departments that work with Inventory Management.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned by Management.
Coordinate the reconciliation of any missing or incorrect
business system entries (Purchase Order Receipts, Stock Transfers Orders).
Creating reports on costs, inventory, distribution and shipments to management.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

The Inventory Mgmt. Asset Coordinator, is responsible for proactive coordination of demo asset inventory to ensure asset are available to meet usage demand, while supporting OAI's demo inventory management's process and continuous improvement culture. The role will also be tasked with the responsibility for and completing and tracking administrative processes related to: coordinating repairs, report creation, processing of write off requests, inventory adjustments, monitoring demo inventory levels, analyzing demo inventory needs, oversee inventory movements, monitor and maintain system accuracy, and other duties as required. The position will bring execution, control, and monitoring over Repair and Supply Chain vendors SLAs and as well as operational, transportation, and cost validation and system reconciliation. The primary focus is inventory management and tactical vendor logistics operations in order to bringing a high level of quality/accuracy and value to Olympus and its customers through using/establishing industry best-practices, metrics, and development of win-win relationship. This position will also act as the primary liaison between internal Olympus customers/departments and the 3PL vendors in order to provide clear communication, expectations, and accountability. In addition, the support of Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, ITS and Finance initiatives. The position also validates inbound logistics, outbound logistics, inventory movements, batch inventory material and general warehousing activities are being performed appropriately.
Associate's Degree or related work experience in an asset coordinating capacity Management, or equivalent working experience.
Excellent organizational and task-prioritization skills.
Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate and work well with colleagues and Senior Management
SAP experience a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines as required
Excellent oral, written communication skills to effectively utilize across all departments, levels
Math skills to understand and analyze inventory levels
Computer skills relative to Word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet, with database knowledge a plus (SAP platform a plus).
