Assistant Controller

Description

Robert Half has partnered with a SaaS company in the Denver Tech Center in search of an Assistant Controller! The Assistant Controller position is offering a hybrid work schedule and is paying $100,000-$125,000!

The Assistant Controller will be responsible for the following

• Month-end financial statement close process

• Reviewing account reconciliations

• Assist in implementing accounting policies and procedures

• Ensuring compliance with US GAAP

• Review of expense accounts for proper accruals, coding, and accounting

• Work with FP& A team and business department owners to improve monitoring and tracking of operating expenses

• Support the year-end financial statement audit

• Work closely with the Controller on other projects as needed

Requirements for the Assistant Controller include

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

• 5+ years of accounting experience

• NetSuite software experience

Preferred qualifications for the Assistant Controller include

• SaaS experience

• CPA

• Public accounting experience
