Attorney/Lawyer

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer in Houston, Texas. Your role will primarily involve handling commercial litigation cases and participating in Moot & Mock Trials. With your extensive experience and knowledge in personal injury cases, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us to provide top-notch legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial.

• Conduct legal research and provide legal services on a wide variety of issues.

• Prepare legal briefings and opinions, and monitor changes in legislation.

• Use your expertise in Case Management Software and Legal software such as 3M, LexisNexis and Management System.

• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, probate, and contracts.

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case.

• Administer claim handling, complaint handling, and proper documentation processes.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Provide sound legal advice to clients and work on a case from the beginning to the end. Requirements - Must be a licensed Attorney/Lawyer

• Proficiency in 3M software is required

• Experience with Case Management Software is necessary

• Familiarity with various Legal software is expected

• Knowledge of LexisNexis software is essential

• Must have experience with Management System software

• Proficiency in Briefing and Civil Litigation is required

• Experience in Claim Administration is necessary

• Proficiency in Complaint Handling is expected

• Strong Documentation skills are essential.
