    Are you someone with deep Automotive, Airline, or Hotel industry experience who likes to tackle complex technical challenges? Use your technical background and industry knowledge to architect Salesforce solutions specifically for Automotive Transportation and Hospitality clients to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations.

    Work you ll do

    As a Specialist Leader you will serve as a senior advisor for the firm and for our clients. Having deep and unique expertise in a high demand specific service area/line/industry, you ll focus primarily on client service delivery but also drive sales activities and thought leadership in their area of expertise. You will contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways including:

    Engagement Management:

    • Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.

    Relationship Management:

    • Participate in Business Development, develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.

    Practice Development & Eminence:

    • Develop practical solutions and methodologies, develop "thoughtware" and "point- of-view" documents, participate in public speaking events, get published in industry periodicals.

    People Development:

    • Perform the role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the staffing process, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

    Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. We help make the creative digital consultancy real and in doing so, make new markets.

    Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:

    Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities

    Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video

    Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models

    Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption

    DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming



    • 10 years of experience working in the Automobile space including manufacturers, dealers, suppliers, finance companies OR Hospitality space including cruise lines, hotel, resorts, casinos, gaming, restaurants OR Transportation space including airlines, freight, rail, shipping ports, ground transportation. This industry experience is a must.

    • 8-10 years of experience as a technical architect with Salesforce platform solutioning and selling experience for the THS (preference for Airlines and Hotels) and Auto OEM markets. Resources will have experience across the Salesforce platform / cloud suite.

    • 6 years of consulting and / or CRM implementation experience

    • Minimum of 4 full life-cycle Salesforce implementation with strong expertise in 2 of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, ~~~

    • Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions

    • Strong people management skills leading small to larger team spread across geographies

    • Must have experience managing agile onshore / offshore development teams.

    • 5 years of hands on experience on Sales/Service Cloud or ~~~ platform and integrations

    • SFDC Experience working in Lightning/Communities, APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services

    • Ability to travel 80%

    • Visa-Sponsorship - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


    • Knowledge of MuleSoft, Informatica and Informatica Cloud

    • Salesforce Certification in one or more of the following areas: Application Architect, Integration Architecture Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer, System Architect, Mobile Solutions Architecture Designer

    • Strong project management and delivery experience, including project planning, budget oversight and staffing of project teams including time management.

    • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

    • Experience with selling to C-level executives and other business development activities.

    • Previous experience mentoring, training and developing junior members of the team; experience in employee performance reviews.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint). Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and training development tools.

    • Located within a commutable distance of a Deloitte office.
