  • General Description

    Responsible for the operational banking center support including system and software support, implementing and creating various efficiency reports, monitoring banking center cash offages, communicating policies and procedures and assists with managing the float teller pool.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Provides assistance to all banking center offices and associates with support issues, operational policy and procedures, and customer related assistance. This duty is performed about 30% of the time.

    2. Responsible for assisting Retail Banking Sales, Operations Managers, and Banking Center Administrative Support associates in creating necessary tracking, reporting, and monitoring of data. This duty is performed about 20% of the time.

    3. Assists in the development and communication of all policies and procedures in the banking centers. This duty is performed about 15% of the time.

    4. Assists with system upgrades, maintenance, and is very knowledgeable of all banking center software systems, including Silverlake Xperience, Silverlake Browser, Xperience Teller, Synapsys CRM, Synergy, ACTion, and Streamline Platform. Works with all of the software programs that Banking Center Administration utilizes including Spreadsheet Server, Excel, and SharePoint. This duty is performed about 15% of the time.

    5. Monitors all banking center reports on a routine basis and assists in the creation and verification of performance, operations and expense tracking reports, and spreadsheets. This duty is performed about 10% of the time.

    6. Works with various departments and other lines of business within the bank to facilitate communication to banking center associates. This duty is performed about 10% of the time.

    7. Maintains regular and reliable attendance, punctuality and personal appearance. Reads, writes, and communicates in a clear and efficient manner via various types of correspondence, such as, in person, phone, email, letters, etc. Adheres to all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable banking rules, regulations, and laws (including BSA/AML).

    8. Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED

    • 7 to 11 months of related experience and/or training

    • Regular use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems.

    • Advanced experience with spreadsheet, Word Processing; Intermediate experience with alphanumeric data entry; Basic experience with Accounting.

    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
