Description A nonprofit healthcare donor organization is seeking a motivated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative in downtown Minneapolis. This candidate will be given extensive training and will allow you to get your foot in the door in the healthcare industry or can expand your already established healthcare experience! This role takes place in an office setting and requires heavy attention to detail, excellent customer service, and great communication skills. If you are a detail oriented and skilled candidate in the customer service industry looking to gain healthcare experience, we want to know about it! Responsibilities of this position may include but are not limited to: Answering incoming calls from potential donors Explaining the donor process and walking through the application Locating and contacting donors to assess physical and emotional qualification Providing necessary information to donors about all aspects of the donor process Coordinating appointments for donors Requirements Requirements Fluent in Spanish, Hmong, or Somali High attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
