Bilingual Healthcare Phone Agent

HIRING for a BILINGUAL Healthcare Customer Service Representative to work onsite in our Glendale, CA office!

• Minimum 1+ years of healthcare call center experience (insurance verifications, HMO's)

• MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH

• Large need for Spanish speaking patients

• 100% Onsite in Glendale (M-F 1st shift)

Description

Targeting an individual qualified with experience on the administration side (non-clinical) front office area, preferably who's been in the healthcare industry for 1-3+ years. The work will primarily consist of repetitive healthcare administration, understanding how HMOs work with front office flows.

The position will also require some level of customer service, handling correspondence via telephone and emails.

Pay: $18-20/HR

Schedule: M-F 8-530
