Key responsibilities

• Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence

• Gauge billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary

• Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered

• Build financial controls and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Completely competent in working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

• Proven knowledge of Customer Account

• Reconcile Account experience preferred

• Microsoft Excel experience

• General familiarity with Analyze Variance

• Well-founded grasp of Analyze Trends

• Solid understanding of Resolve Delinquent

• Invoice Issues experience

• Invoice Discrepancies experience preferred

• Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
