  • Aston Carter is seeking Billing Processors for a client based in Lexington, KY.

    Description

    The billing processor/customer desk will handle the portal where new accounts get submitted to by the sales team. They will read contract, validate approvals and set up orders.

    Responsibilities

    • Verifies and merges duplicate records.

    • Make sure address matches

    • Will handle work orders

    • Set up credit card payments

    • Handle inbound and outbound call (20-30 daily)

    • Make changes to existing customers in Oracle

    Medical billing, Invoicing, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Billing collections, compliance, Accounting, Microsoft office, Billing systems

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Detail oriented.

    • Able to use dual monitors and pull up different information.

    • Phone etiquette (10-20 inbound calls)

    • Strong math skills

    • Previous experience in clerical, administrative, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting, medical billing, medical coding, or recent grads that have done some kind of project within their program.
