Bookkeeper

Description

An established company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. Applicants must have a strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel and be able to manage their time and workload efficiently. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for several companies, as well as, assisting the CEO with administrative activities from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable and payable

• Check the accuracy of business transactions

• Reconcile bank statements

• Payroll & payroll reporting

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records

• Create quotes and special projects

• Perform data entry and administrative duties

• Other administrative duties

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

• Must be proficient in QuickBooks and competent in Excel and MS Word

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Strong organizational skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a problem solver

• Dependable and reliable

• Attention to detail and deadlines
