Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking a personable and customer focused Office Manager / QuickBooks Bookkeeper with Flooring industry experience.

As the Office Manager/QuickBooks Bookkeeper, you will:

• Oversee office administration

• Process and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Create, maintain and track purchase orders

• Order inventory and supplies

• Prepare estimates working closely with Estimators

• Provide excellent customer service

• Communicate effectively with clients, customers and coworkers

Requirements

• Significant experience as an Office Manager / Bookkeeper

• Knowledge of QuickBooks required

• Prior experience in the flooring industry is highly favored

• Strong communication skills

• High level of customer service skills

• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles
