    JOB SUMMARY:

    Responsible for achieving branch goals and overall business success. Provide direction, leadership and motivation to ensure that the office team achieves service, sales and operational goals. Supervises the day-to-day operational functions of the branch. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with Bank policies.

    Responsibilities

    • Assure high quality and friendly customer service and adherence to sales and brand standards.

    • Resolve customer inquiries/complaints and situations in a positive professional and efficient manner.

    • Promote effective sales and service environment.

    • Monitor Tellers' performance relative to losses, differences and referrals. When appropriate, coach for improved performance.

    • Approve transactions within established guidelines.

    • Participate in the opening and closing of branch. Conduct security inspection of building and grounds under dual control.

    • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures.

    • Review daily reports.

    • Meet deposit growth goals.

    • Achieve satisfactory audit ratings.

    • Identify and mitigate audit operational risk.

    • Expense control.

    • Involved with interviewing and hiring decisions.

    • Prepare and deliver employee performance evaluations, goal planning, and counseling.

    • Manage, support, coach and train staff.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 5 years in branch operations, including 3 years supervisory or other leadership experience

    • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Preferred: Bilingual Spanish and Associate's degree or higher strongly preferred

    Salary Range : $59,155.20-$73,944.00 USD; Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with geographic/market data.
