    Overview of the Position Responsibilities: Our Business Customer Care Specialist will be responsible foranswering inbound calls from the Bluepeak Commercial customer base. Candidates will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to providers and customers members in a call center ~~~ this sounds exciting, please read on.     What You Will Do: This is an exciting opportunity for a upbeat individual who can maintain great customer relationships and can communicate information across departments effectively and efficiently.

    • Respond to telephone inquiries

    • Ability to work across multiple departments within one organization and effectively communicate information, build partnerships, demonstrate the one team approach, while achieving timely results

    • Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner

    • Follow assigned schedule to ensure accurate phone coverage, monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution of problems

    • Provide quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values

    • Excellent attendance

    • Other duties as assigned by management

    What You Will Need:

    • High School Diploma or GED required

    • Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check and drug test prior to employment

    • At least 2 years of inbound and/or outbound call center experience

    • Telecommunications experience preferred

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Flexible schedule

    • Possess an upbeat, team-oriented attitude

    • Great phone personality

    • Ability to multitask effectively

    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to take ownership and initiative to handle business challenges

    • Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with a wide range of personalities and abilities

    • Organizational skills a must

    • Telecommunications experience preferred

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with proficiency in Excel and Word

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language (Bilingual, Spanish is a plus)Ability to hear, speak, and communicate clearly on the telephone
