Call Center LPN

Adecco Medical & Science is looking for a Call Center LPN for our client in San Antonio, TX !

Type: 3-month Contract, with potential for extension or full time offer

Schedule: 8 am to 5:30 pm, Mon - Fri

Pay: $26 to 28/hr

Dress: Business Casual

Location: This is remote , but candidate must live in San Antonio, TX area

Responsibilities of the Call Center LPN:

• Answer inbound patient medication refill calls

• Follow enterprise medication refill protocols

• Document each transaction thoroughly and accurately

• Utilize the electronic medical record to access and document information

• Answer/place outbound other types of calls as needed

Qualifications for the Call Center LPN:

• Highschool/GED or equivalent

• MUST BE LICENSED LVN in the state of TX

• Ability to work in a structured call center environment/schedule

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
