Call Service Representative

A nonprofit in San Fernando is looking for an Engagement Specialist. They will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, text messages, letters and emails in a customer service setting for multiple outreach campaigns. Interact with customers via inbound or outbound calls, or the Internet, for the purpose of enrolling them in self-management programs.

Primary Responsibilities

Answers outbound cold and warn inquires as well as incoming inquiries from clients and potential clients.

? Maintain broad knowledge of motivational interviewing.

? Utilize a script-based dialogue to engage customers in starting and completing a health and/or social assessment.

? Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

? Listen attentively to customer motivations and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity.

? Responsible for preparing and completing accurate data entry and updating customer files in real-time.

Requirements

• Must be Fluent in Armenian

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge

• Inbound Outbound Calls

• Customer Service

• Ability to learn and be flexible.

• Data entry experience
