Claims Processor

Adecco is seeking a Claims Processor in Mason, OH who will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of new Small Business Clients, either independently or alongside a team of Implementation Specialists. Hours: Monday-Friday, Full-Time; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Onsite, Mason, OH- IN OFFICE 5 DAYS A WEEK

Pay: $18 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Executing preliminary steps to build new client structures for implementation requests using standard guidelines and processes.

• Initiating and accurately tracking all completed tasks using proprietary Salesforce Implementation Tracker Project Management tool.

• Validating benefit set-up in the core Facets system and communicating discrepancies to implementation owners.

• Setting up new client online portal access, including sending communication emails, tracking status, and reporting any issues.

• Monitoring a shared Outlook mailbox for incoming membership documents from clients, brokers, or Third Party Administrators (TPAs).

• Reviewing incoming membership documents (Microsoft Excel and Word) to confirm accuracy and validity of data, communicating updates as needed for successful membership enrollment and processing.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.

• Proficient in working remotely and autonomously.

• Thrives in a high-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Medium to advanced level of expertise with Microsoft Excel.

• Proficient with Outlook and familiar with cloud-based applications such as OneDrive.

• Ability to multitask and perform duties using multiple sources or systems; data entry experience preferred.

• Clear articulation of findings, issues, or concerns requiring resolution.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
