Claims Specialist (Remote)

Job Description

* Remote nationwide, flexible on the hours depending on location.

* Providing customer service and speaking with: therapists, agency directors, clients and customers regarding claims

* One on one training provided virtually

* Working within CRM System daily (proprietary system)

* phone support - 80%

* email support - 20%

Skills and Requirements

* Medicaid claims experience or related experience

* CRM system experience

* Experience working in a remote setting

* Detail oriented

* Reliable * Microsoft Dynamics preferred (used to use salesforce platform)

* Bilingual in Spanish

* Early intervention or childcare experience

* Government background null
