Description:

• Utilize the sales and distribution model of SAP to enter and manage customer sales orders and purchase orders.

• Work closely with vendors to coordinate products for drop shipments.

• Coordinate materials to deliver to jobsites with customers.

• Monitor SAP generated back-order lists, open billing lists and handle scheduling for pickup and shipments.

• Answer questions from customers and sales representatives as they arise.

• Provide backup support and coverage for other Project Coordinators as needed.

• Travel may be required occasionally to visit customers, attend tradeshows and participate in full team customer operations meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred with 2-5 Years of work experience in a similar position

• Strong technical skills - SAP preferred

• Must have a professional demeanor with the ability to foster a collaborative working environment.

• Strong attention to detail - strong data entry skills.
