    Insight Global is looking for a Client Integration Analyst to join a top client's team in the Scottsdale area. This person will support post-sale processes in onboarding new clients. This person will work closely with customers as well as the sales team to coordinate post close duties of companies sales. The ideal candidate will possess past customer service experience and will have proven reliability within an office setting. Other duties include: Scheduling, customer follow up, paperwork, and other duties as assigned.

    Skills and Requirements

    Must Haves

    · Professional Experience with customer service, operations, or similar role

    · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products

    · Experience interacting with clients/customers

    · Organized, detail-oriented, great communicator

    Experience managing schedules/calendars for multiple individuals Plusses:

    · Logistics experience - industry knowledge either directly with a carrier or broker

    · Sales experience - ability to

    · Outgoing personality - the ability to connect with clients and effectively communicate in all forms: (in person, written, voice, and video call) null
