Client Service Associate (Direct Hire, Full-Time, Hybrid Role)

We are recruiting for a professional Client Service Advisor to provide critical client support services for a highly regarded Registered Investment Advisory firm. This is a full-time direct hire position with a hybrid work schedule allowing flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, processing client requests, and handling basic client inquiries in a timely manner

• Organize and coordinate client meetings and related follow up

• Assist in the preparation of financial plans and other client materials

• Maintain detailed and accurate client data within CRM and relevant systems

• Commit to ongoing professional development

• Foster a communicative and honest team environment

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of Client Services experience (preferably in financial industry)

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Highly proficient in Windows-based software including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with CRM software

• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

• Must have good problem-solving, mathematical and time management skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, and a 3.5 or greater GPA

• Relevant financial qualifications, or willingness to obtain them quickly post-hire, are a plus
