  • VCA Broadway Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! We are a three-doctor general practice located in beautiful Boulder, CO. Proudly accredited by AAHA, designated as an AAFP Silver Cat Friendly Practice, and staffed with several CAETA Peaceful Euthanasia certified members, we provide exceptional care while striving to minimize stress for our patients. Our South Boulder location is easily accessible from Longmont, Broomfield, and Arvada. Additionally, we offer full-service boarding and daycare facilities.

    We're looking for a personable yet highly professional "service extraordinaire" to join us as we aim to exceed each pet owner's expectations. Cross training to other departments is encouraged.

    The hourly rate ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and skillset.

    Why We Need You

    As a member of the VCA Broadway team, your mission will be to earn the trust of every pet parent by delivering an exceptional client experience, ensuring they choose us for the lifelong care of their companion animals. The responsibilities skills you will utilize include, but are not limited to:

    -Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.

    • Scheduling and confirming appointments.

    • Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.

    • Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.

    • Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.

    • Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).

    • Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.

    • Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times-both inside and outside.
