  • Kelly Services is currently seeking a Client Services Assistant in Long Island City, NY for a global real estate firm. Pay is $15 an hour . Your primary responsibilities will be providing general administrative support to a group of sales professionals.

    This position is temporary until 6/30/2020 with possible extension to temp to hire

    Requirements:

    \t

    • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required\t

    • 2 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals\t

    • Ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities\t

    • Work experience in Sales or Marketing environment preferred\t

    • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding\t

    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence\t

    • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor\t

    • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles\t

    • Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions\t

    • Conducts basic financial analysis\t

    • Ability to abstract a lease\t

    • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations\t

    • Ability to solve problems in standard situations\t

    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills\t

    • Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point and/or In Designed preferred\t

    • Basic knowledge of accounting and marketing

    Duties:

    \t

    • Provides general administrative support to an office or group of sales professionals\t

    • Collects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and information\t

    • Composes straightforward written descriptions of results\t

    • Gathers supporting documentation to complete voucher forms and process Brokers' commission payments while abiding by company accounting policies as well as local and national laws\t

    • Maintains company brand, product, office, and client messaging and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans and qualification packages\t

    • Answers, screens and directs incoming telephone calls\t

    • Responds to general inquiries and provides information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality of Sales, Marketing, Client and proprietary information and data in all communications
