    As a Commercial Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our commercial team in executing sales and marketing activities, managing client relationships, and coordinating administrative tasks.     Responsibilities

    Sales Support

    • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.

    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely response to client inquiries and requests.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and sales pipeline.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing assistance and support as needed.

    • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communication.

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

    Administrative Coordination

    • Manage administrative tasks related to sales and marketing, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing agendas.

    • Assist in the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.

    • Handle inquiries and requests from internal departments and external stakeholders.

    Data Management

    • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

    • Generate reports and analyze data to track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Communication and Coordination

    • Facilitate communication between sales team members, internal departments, and external partners.

    • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.

    • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to fulfill client orders and deliverables.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

    • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a commercial or business-to-business (B2B) environment.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
