    Quality Records Department

    Bring your knowledge and experience and help ensure best in class service to our customers. In this position, you'll be an integral part of the Bell Piney Flats team, working as Quality support to prepare aircraft forms, logs and records.

    What you'll be doing as a Completions Support Representative

    • Prepare aircraft records and logs to reflect work done in the Repair Station.

    • Prepare work order books and FAA forms.

    • Review and update aircraft status reports.

    • Scan aircraft records into Repair Station record retention files.

    • Provide post-delivery support to customers.

    • Coordinate with other departments on alterations to paperwork.

    • Coordinate with other Bell facilities on aircraft records discrepancies.

    Qualifications

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to operate computer, keyboard, and mouse, and software related to job duties.

    • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.

    • Ability to climb stairs.

    • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods, up to duration of shift.

    • Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks.

    • Good vision, including the ability to read and review paperwork, focus on small details and identify defects.

    • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues.

    • Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed.

    Skills You Bring To this Role

    • Previous experience in Quality Control office, hands-on experience with aircraft records and logbooks, or other office/clerical related experience.

    • General computer skills, including Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel), and Adobe.

    • Must be a team player and demonstrate ability to successfully collaborate with multiple parties.

    • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.

    • Ability to consistently follow procedures and guidelines.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.

    • Excellent ability to multi-task and navigate through competing priorities.

    What you need to be successful

    • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.

    • 2 years of experience in Quality Control office, hands-on experience with aircraft logs and records, or other office/clerical experience.

    • Experience with aircraft records, FAA regulations, or aviation preferred.

    • Associate's degree preferred.
