Contracts Administrator

Description

Growing biopharma company in Foster City, CA is seeking a Contracts Administrator! This Contracts Administrator will provide crucial support to the Contracts Manager and legal team. As a Contracts Administrator with this organization, you'll be responsible for triaging incoming contract requests, expediting communication around redlines and negotiations, and managing the contracts database in Conga. If you're looking to grow your contracting career in the life sciences industry, this is the position for you! This position is 100% remote with a preference for candidates who can work a Pacific or Central time zone schedule. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of contracts administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake, scoping and assignment of new contract requests submitted to Legal department for review through contract management system;

• Check for data integrity within the contract management system;

• Assist with daily management of Legal email inbox, filing of messages, and delegation of messages to Legal team members for resolution;

• Assist with routing approved contracts for signatures, activation of fully executed contracts, and associated filing tasks;

• Create file folders on Legal drive for contract drafts and fully executed contracts; and

• Assist with other administrative tasks and legal support as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience working with contracts is preferred;

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products;

• Able to learn technical aspects of a contract management system;

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail;

• High level of accuracy and strong proofreading skills; and

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
