This is a full-time, exempt role.

Position Summary:

A demanding and high- profile position primarily supporting Chief global Flavorists and other Senior/Principal flavorists in the NA Flavor creation department. The person will have highly developed organizational skills

Job Description:

• Supporting the ADM Academy - organization of training materials, tests, coordination with trainees.

• Compounding flavors including liquids & emulsions, liquids for drying

• Lab Maintenance and raw materials maintenance.

• Modify existing flavors to suit customer taste profiles and/or legal requirements

• Uploading and maintenance of formulas

• Collaborate with sales & provide support for customer presentations, preparing samples, working with PD & A and Marketing.

• Work with the technical flavorist team to resolve/replace problematic materials in formulas and maintain integrity of the profile

• Preparation of materials for internal and external presentations

• Flavor Administration

• Competent in learning all global systems and electronic notebooks - knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Advantage

• Follows basic GMP, ISO procedures, GLP GFP, safety, lab notebooks and or other electronic record keeping tools

Job Requirements:

• Science Degree in a technical field of study; chemistry/food science preferred

• Laboratory experience with recognized Flavor House preferred but not necessary

• Highly developed project management skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
