The success of an organization is driven by many factors. One of the key factors is to maintain robust financial health by collecting the money that it is due. As a Credit and Collections Associate III, you will play a key role by communicating with customers to resolve delinquent accounts.

About the Role

You will be making a financial difference to an organization. You will also help protect their reputation through empathy, follow-up, and billing resolutions.

As a Credit and Collections Services Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring mid-level delinquent accounts, implementing collection procedures, and accepting payments.

• Inputting information through data screens to accurately reflect account activity and resolve account discrepancies and balances.

• Resolving account discrepancies and balances

• Responding to inquiries from customers with excellent customer service

• Receiving calls, placing calls, or sending letters to customers to resolve issues on delinquent accounts

• Reviewing and making recommendations regarding bad debt or write-offs

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education

• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test

• Demonstrate the ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM

• Have wired internet service (No Wi-Fi)
