  • The customer care representative is the primary point of contact for internal customers and external partners. In addition to researching and responding to customer inquiries, the customer care representative supports business needs through working with internal customers and reporting.

    *Quadient is located 10 minutes south of Collierville. Our facility is at the junction of MS-302, I-269, and US-72.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities

    • Compile, analyze, maintain, and distribute reports

    • Address, research, and resolve customer issues

    • Process down part requests

    • Expedite and trace shipments

    • Monitor and research open orders

    • Provide pricing and lead times to customer

    • Troubleshoot interface issues between ERP systems

    • Enter, review, modify, and process orders in SAP ERP

    • Investigate refused returns

    • Additional duties as assigned

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Analytical, data compilation, and problem solving skills

    • Outstanding follow-up and follow-through abilities

    • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

    • Ability to work independently and as a team with minimal supervision

    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word, and Outlook

    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and within time constraints

    • Excellent verbal and written communications, with the ability to formulate professional emails free of spelling and grammatical errors

    • Ability to interact with customers, peers, and executive management in a professional manner

    • 1+ years of customer service experience

    • High school diploma

    This position has an hourly pay range of

    $14.62-$21.92
