8am to 5pm
4 days in office, 1 work-from-home day after training
Training will be about 1.5 months depending on experience
This is not a call center role
Processing customer requests, communicating, and resolving issues.
Responsible for order entry and updating accounts.
Works with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
Review data with the Transportation team.
Tracks and communicates any changes or potential service issues to the customer.
Works with various teams to ensure customers needs are met.
Ensure that all proper policies and practices are followed.
