    1-3+ years of recent customer service experience

    Microsoft Office

    ERP System Experience

    Hours

    Monday through Friday

    8am to 5pm

    4 days in office, 1 work-from-home day after training

    Training will be about 1.5 months depending on experience

    This is not a call center role

    Description

    • Processing customer requests, communicating, and resolving issues.

    • Responsible for order entry and updating accounts.

    • Works with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.

    • Review data with the Transportation team.

    • Tracks and communicates any changes or potential service issues to the customer.

    • Works with various teams to ensure customers needs are met.

    • Ensure that all proper policies and practices are followed.
