    Insight Global is seeking a passionate and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. This multi-faceted, full-time role supports patient case management, combining healthcare management, casework responsibilities, sales, customer service and financial management.     - Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team member

    - Strong attention to detail

    - Treatment planning, case management, patient and clinician scheduling

    - Patient payments, insurance claims support and financial reporting

    - Building lasting relationships with patients by ensuring their visit with us is a great experience

    Skills and Requirements

    - 2-5 years of experience working in hospitality, sales, Customer Service

    - Comfortable with medium-high volume of phone calls

    - Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail

    - Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team members

    - Proficiency with MS Office applications -- Word, Excel, Outlook

    - Ability to pick up new processes and technologies quickly - Healthcare/ medical practice environment or any customer/client-facing role

    - Experience checking in patients, scheduling appointments, completing/filing patient charts with clinical administrative background

    - Experience using Dentrix, MondayBoard, and/or Slack null
