  • Our client, Acushnet | Titleist, is seeking a Customer Service Account Rep to join their team. As an Account Rep, you will be part of the Customer Service Dept supporting the Direct Customer Service Operations Department. The ideal candidate will have great phone skills, the ability to multitask and having Customer Service experience in a golf related industry will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Customer Service Account Rep

    Location: Fairhaven, MA

    Pay: $27.38

    What's the Job?

    • Account Rep is responsible for front line communication with customers regarding all product, programs and availability

    • You will have have between 18K & 24K contacts with customers in the course of a year

    • Assist customers and sales reps by entering / updating orders and advising of sales programs

    • Analyze incoming inquiries and formulate plan to resolve in a timely manner

    • Represent Acushnet Company at special events and answer participants questions

    What's Needed?

    • Must LOVE Golf!

    • Must have 2-4 years Customer Service experience in the golf industry

    • Associates Degree preferred!

    • Have the ability to sit for long periods of time and listen / talk on the phone for extended periods of time

    • Must be a people person!
