    We are seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist to join our team in Windsor, CT This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry. The successful candidate will function as the focal point between customers and internal functions for matters such as pricing, scheduling, contract requirements, shipping, and documentation.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to pricing, scheduling, contract requirements, shipping, and documentation.

    • Process and administer orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring adherence to internal company functions.

    • Prepare general correspondence as required, utilizing strong communication and computer skills.

    • Coordinate customer service needs, working proactively to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to maintain accurate customer records and generate metric reports.

    • Conduct training sessions on office functions and operations as needed.

    • Support workstation operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

    • Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and manage supply chain logistics.

    • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial notes and correspondence.

    • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide optimal customer support.

    • Adhere to company standards and procedures, contributing to an efficient and productive workplace environment.

    Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

    • Demonstrated customer service and customer support skills

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

    • Familiarity with office functions and operations

    • Experience in documentation and correspondence

    • Knowledge of scheduling and time management tools such as 'About Time'

    • Ability to provide workstation support

    • Understanding of pricing strategies and financial notes

    • Experience in metric reporting, generating purchase orders, and managing shipping

    • Familiarity with supplier management and supply chain logistics

    • Proficiency in drafting specifications and agreements

    • Basic to intermediate computer skills

    • Willingness to provide onsite support

    • Ability to conduct training sessions

    • Experience in managing operations.
