CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE - BE A HERO TO OUR CUSTOMERS
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be working with our preferred members to ensure customer satisfaction by assisting customer in the creation of their rental. You will promptly set up their rental whilst promoting and selling the additional products we offer in vehicles. Last, you will help direct them to their vehicle and make them feel valued.
Requirements of the Customer Service Associates:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role
Previous sales experience is preferred
Valid driver's license with previous driver experience
Basic computer skills to enter information into our database
