MUST BE LOCATED IN 20 MILE RADIUS OF LANSING

As a Customer Service Agent , you will provide excellent customer service to clients assisting with their energy business . Primary responsibilities include taking calls, taking customer orders, and providing issue resolution and other type of back-office processing.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Entry Level Customer Service jobs

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1-2 years of related experience

• Strong computer skills

• MUST have your own WIFI

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

• Must have strong data entry experience

• Type 40 wpm

• Must be familiar with Office Works Programs
