Customer Service Coordinator

Adecco is seeking a great candidate to join our Home Improvement Partner in Kent, WA.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:00pm)

Location: Kent, WA

Pay: $25

• Daily tasks: scheduling repairs, making reminder calls, sending schedule confirmations to builders, and confirming completed jobs.

• Generate various reports and ensure adherence to a solid SOP.

• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.

• Self-motivated, takes initiative, and works independently.

• Capable of managing numerous tasks throughout the day.

• Experience with multi-line phones and multi-screen environments.

• Proficient in Outlook; SAP experience not required.

• Strong phone presence, confident when talking to sub-contractors and builders.

• Team player with scheduling, admin, and customer service experience.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
