  • Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Flooring Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient operation of our flooring projects by providing exceptional support through various administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough history searches and data gathering to inform project needs.

    • Generate and manage work orders efficiently.

    • Prepare material orders to ensure timely project execution.

    • Maintain consistent and professional communication with builders and customers to address their needs and resolve any issues.

    • Oversee and ensure the successful closeout of projects.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in customer service or project coordination, preferably in a related industry.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

    Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
