  • Our client, in the Opa-Locka area is seeking a customer service representative to join their team. As a customer service representative, you will be part of the resolution team. The ideal candidate will have willingness to assist, customer driven and resolution finder which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Customer Service

    Location: Opa-Locka

    Pay Range: $18-21

    What's the Job?

    • Handle incoming customer calls/emails

    • Process new orders based on customer request

    • Track open orders to ensure completeness

    • Check pricing and verify availability

    • Assist with replace and return orders

    What's Needed?

    • Sage Experience

    • Bilingual Spanish preferred

    • Good Communications

    • Willingness to Learn

    • High School Diploma
