Customer Service Rep

Our client, Zhongding, in Monroe is currently seeking a detail-orientated and organized individual to work as a Customer Service Rep! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that starts immediately. Apply today!

Location: Zhongding in Monroe, MI

Compensation: $16 - 18 per hour - WEEKLY PAY!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Communicating with customers through various channels

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests

• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Here's What You Need To Apply:

• Prior office experience

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent

• Experience working with customer support

• Data entry experience
