We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a growing manufacturing company specializing in medical and industrial sectors. This position is 100% on site located in Waterbury, CT 06705. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail, as well as order entry experience. salary: $39,000 - $41,600 per year

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Must have B2B experience

• Enter and maintain customer purchase orders in CRM

• Provide timely feedback to customers regarding order status, shipping methods, expedites, etc.

• Communicate and follow up on routine matters with internal departments

• Prepare customer certs/packing slips for Engineering orders

• Maintain sales orders/part files and records, including technical drawings

• Process order acknowledgements

• Answer phones, greet guests

• Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office products

• 1-2 years Technical Customer Service/Document Control a plus

• Excellent communication skills, organized and detail oriented
